alumnae works with UPS to deliver all domestic orders within the 48 contiguous states. UPS ground service should deliver 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. we also provide 2 day UPS service. if overnight shipping is required please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATEs Alumnae Ships Via UPS Worldwide Expedited Service, AND INTERNATIONAL GROUND SERVICE TO CANADA, HAWAII AND ALASKA. DELIVERY IS WITHIN TWO TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS.
INTERNATIONAL GROUND TO CANADA, HAWAII AND ALASKA COSTS $35. ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS COST A FLAT RATE OF $80. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be assessed at the point of delivery.
CUSTOMS ACCEPTANCE POLICY
International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which we are shipping. These fees may total as much as 30% of your order value and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Should you refuse a shipment from alumnae, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes or other charges that are incurred on the package (both from the original shipment and return), the cost of returning the package to us, and a 20% restocking fee. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods is passed on to you.
We will dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
alumnae does not offer weekend delivery. We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes for delivery. Some items may be restricted for shipment to California.
We will accept merchandise returned in the original Condition, clean, undamaged and unworn, with Alumnae.nyc sales receipt. RETURNS MUST ALSO INCLUDE THE DUST BAG AND original BOX, AS THESE ARE CONSIDERED PART OF THE PRODUCT. PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE SHOE BOX. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping. WHEN TRYING ON SHOES, PLEASE do so on a covered or protected surface as returns of shoes with scuffed or worn soles will not be accepted.

Item(s) returned without an RA# and/or without the completed return/exchange claim form cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7/7 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.
How To Complete Your Return Or Exchange
1. Email email@example.com to obtain an RA number and return form within 7 days of your order delivery. download and complete the return/exchange form. include this completed form in your return package.
2. Items must be packaged and postmarked within 7 days from the date the RA# was issued. Alumnae does not cover return shipping costs. However, you may request a pre-paid UPS return label at $15 USD (for returns within the 48 contiguous states) to be deducted from your refund.
3. If you choose to use another courier, please make sure to use a courier service with tracking capability. we advise insuring your parcel. Ship your return to the following address:

4. Fill in the corresponding RA number next to the item being returned. Enclose this form with your return(s) and also write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package.
5. For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items' tracking number upon dispatch. [An additional shipping fee will be charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase.]
6. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within seven business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return/exchange process, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are available Monday - Friday from 10am to 6pm EST.
7. We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE - Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.
